How far in advance do I need to book my pāʻina?
We require at least two weeks notice to properly coordinate + execute your ideal pāʻina. We will try our best but we cannot guarantee a specific date. The earlier you book your pāʻina the better we can accommodate you and any other special requests. Book your pāʻina now!
What does my pāʻina rental come with?
Every pāʻina comes with comfy seating, decor + styling, and seasonal/tropical florals.
Styling - We offer several different style options to fit your vibe. Choose from: Kuʻuipo (sweetheart), Tropical, Makai (Ocean), Mauka (Mountain), Mahina (Moon), or Kaikamahine (It's a Girl) + Keiki Kāne (It's a Boy) themes.
Food - Add on a specialty grazing board or dessert created by local Maui artisans. Inquire for more details + pricing. You are also welcomed to bring your own food. Plates, linen napkins, + silverware are already provided!
Beverages - We provide chilled sparkling water for every guest. Want to bring your own drinks? We got you! We can provide ice + set up upon request.
**Please note that alcohol is prohibited on public beaches and parks in Maui County.
Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave your pāʻina earlier than your arranged time, please call/text to let us know. You are responsible for your pāʻina rental for the duration of your reservation time, so be sure one of our staff is there before you leave.
How do I select a location?
We have a list of preferred locations we'd be happy to share with you. If you have a specific location in mind, please send that over with your inquiry. We can also set up at your home or backyard! Some locations may require a travel/extra fee depending on distance or terrain.
What if there is inclement weather?
We can move locations, move indoors, or change to an available date due to weather. We will contact you in advance of your reservation to discuss your options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you choose to cancel your pāʻina, we require at least 72-hours' notice prior to event date to avoid 100% payment penalty.

What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 72-hours prior to your pāʻina.
Do you offer refunds?
While we don't offer refunds, we're happy to reschedule your event with 72-hours' notice prior to your pāʻina date.
